Our Story Was Featured in Travel + Leisure!

Two Years Ago, We Took the Leap of a Lifetime and Travel + Leisure just covered our journey

We sold our house, our cars, our furniture—all of it! Basically everything except each other, our backpacks, and a dream.

At 55, when most people are winding down, we decided to ramp things up and chase something bigger: full-time travel.

Was it terrifying? Absolutely.
Was it worth it? A thousand times yes.

This wild adventure has taken us across 120,000+ miles, 15 countries, and countless unforgettable moments. We’ve ridden scooters through rice fields in Bali, slept in beach front villas, cruised the South Pacific, and figured out how to travel the world on just about $3,000 a month.

And the best part? We’re just getting started.

Our Story Was Just Featured in Travel + Leisure!

We’re beyond excited (and honestly still pinching ourselves) that our story was featured in Travel + Leisure. The article shares:

  • Why we sold everything at 55
  • How we afford full-time travel on a budget
  • What it’s really like living out of two backpacks
  • And what we’ve learned along the way

It’s honest, a little vulnerable, and full of encouragement for anyone who’s ever dreamed of doing something different.
